Chorizo sausage?

Just a chorizo sausage?

with butter beans and chunks of potato in a sunblushed tomato sauce. with crusty bread and salad.

It is fab fried with a chicken breast and then make a sauce with white wine and cream.

right the reason I have a chrizo sausage is because today my fridge is empty and the sausage is the only meat I have, I have no potatoes, not pasta, I do have quite alot of carrots and red peppers for some reasonplus some other random bits

Oh and it can't be spicy as the dc's have to eat it too as I have nothing else to give them until tomorrow

I was thinking some thing with rice, as i do have rice
and possibly some canned tomamtoes as I have those as well and frozen peas and mushroom?
I just need something that will bring it all togehter and give it a nice but not over powering taste.
