I've just got a crock-pot slow cooker - the recipe book that came with it seems to be aimed at the US market and they really don't appeal.

Anyone got any recipes or ideas what I can do with it, other than soup?

Sorry, don't have any, but if anyone has a recipe for spag bol I would be very interested

I have 2 SC recipe books if you have anything in particular in mind.

Spag bol is really easy, you can either brown all the ingredients first or just chuck everything in raw - onions, mince couple of tns of tomatoes and then whatever else you fancy really.

I cook ours all day, then take out a portion of mince for the dds and add tabasco / chilli and kidney beans for dh and I eat later.

I'm sure there are some threads in the archives - I'll have a look for you if you like?
