I got some parsnips how can i prep and freeze rhem for roasting i saw a tread that had done this to save time,thanks

I think they were cut and par-boiled then frozen, same with roast potatoes.
Then you just throw them in the oven when you want them.

We parboil, then drain and shake in a bag with flour, black pepper, and parmesan cheese.

Then freeze.
