Urgent spud question

I've just got in a muddled and peeled a whole pan of potatoes that I don't actually need (I think Christmas is finally getting to me ).

Should I save them raw? Or cook them anyway and re-heat / cook when needed?

You can cover them with water for one night and they will be fine. Otherwise cook and freeze.
Or bring them round so I don't have to peel any tomorrow . I do hope they are organic

But of course nmc. Organic, and hand plucked from mother earth by virgins who sang sweetly in the light of a gibbous moon.

well in that case, just drop them round. In a wind powered mode of transport of course....
Don't live them longer than one day or they go icky.
