Turkey Fat - can it be kept?

Had my yummy roast potatoes yesterday using turkey fat, salt, pepper and mixed herbs (don't usually do this and was very happy, yum yum). I want to practice making them again (as I par boiled potatoes for 10 mins and think it was too long as too crumbly - still tasty though). I've got left over turkey fat in a bowl and just wondered if this could be used again? Not sure as you shouldn't reheat meat more than once. Anyone know?

Cheers

As far as I know, you can keep the fat in a bowl in the fridge for quite some time.
Just take what you need each time.
It's fat rather than meat, so it should be ok.
(I remember my family doing it when I was a child with no ill effects.)
