mars lemon drizzle cake urgent!!!!

Tried this last week and lovely. Doing it for Xmas however i put it in a pyrex dish to bake it and it was very runny in the middle. What sort of tray would be best to use? Quick help would be great as i want to do it later. Thanks

I find the best kind of tray to do a cake in is one of these but if your cake was runny in the middle, you perhaps need to bake it a little longer on a slightly lower heat?

i used a serving dish of lasagne size when I made it last time and it was lovely.

longer and lower, agree with squonka. roasting tin would be better, but no reason why it shouldn't cook int he pyrex.
