Per the title - any ideas? I’ve had to cut out tomatoes due to reflux, and it feels like a lot of the meals we used to eat are now off menu. Previous staples included:
Chilli
Spaghetti bolognese
Sausage and butter bean casserole
Chickpea curry (I did try this with coconut milk and it was okay-ish)
Chicken and chorizo stew - that might work as a traybake with chunky veg and potatoes, maybe?
Onions aren’t great either, but I have found celery works as a decent sub. I’ve just had my medication increased by the GP so hoping this isn’t permanent, but any ideas would be much appreciated!
