are you looking for vegetarians, vegetables, or both?!

We're having marmite roast potatoes, roasted baby carrots, mashed sweet potatoes and asparagus. With beef.

Have you tried roasting sprouts? I love red cabbage with apple too

Roasted carrots and parsnips coated in honey and mustard dressing.

Sprouts, just plain bolied with a huge knob of Lurpak on. Have tried all manner of sprout recipes and we always wish we had just boiled them.

Goose fat potatos

Glazed carrots with thyme

Creamed leeks with orange

Parmesan roasted parsnips

Sprouts with chestnuts & bacon

roasted butternut squash and peas.
Tempted by the red cabbage with apple. Anyone got a recipe?

Oh my God so much choice. Roasted anything sounds tasty and handy as well.
