How long do home made mince pies keep for?

I really want to make some (I am using jarred mincemeat and ready made pastry ) but don't want to make them too soon. There is no room in the freezer to freeze them!

I would have thought they would last a week in a nice airtight tin or box. Perhaps a bit drier by the end but hey, that's what cream is for!

Yay! Off to make them. Thanks.

Jarred mincemeat, you slattern.

I made my own. [smug]

Had intended too and bought the jar in case I ran out of time. Stil might do my own.

I have just made blueberry tarts, treacle tart, sultana and chocolate chip cookies and chocolate crunch brownies so there!

We always manage to eat them all before they're past it.

not long enough.....I eat them far too quickly

Making them tmw now.

The choc brownie wa awful! I now realise I have made it before and it took longer than the recipe said but was edible. This time it was way too rich so the bin is tucking in.
