have yo got a steamer to use on the hob? with tiers?

Can you roast some - carrots, parsnips?

Or microwave it?

I would have thought reheated veg would be soggy

Mashed potatoes or mashed swede is fine to reheat.Pop a little nob of butter on the top.
You could put your roast pots and roast parsnips in same tray as your meat.Peas are fine to part cook then reheat but dont over cook as will lose their lovely bright green colour.Cauliflower cheese is fine to reheat too.
Carrots, broc, green beans are not that nice to be reheated.
HTH.

Do all your prep Xmas Eve. Peel your spuds and put them in cold water. Peel and chop up your parsnips and carrots and put them in fridge. Peel your sprouts and put them little crosses in them (!) and put them in fridge.
On the day, cook yer carrots in microwave, if you have one, or roast them in oven. Roast yer parsnips. You can par boil your spuds befor roasting, then u've only go to have one other ring for your sprouts.... Have I missed something??????
It's the space in the oven I'm worried about actually!!

If you did red cabbage in a balsamic vinegar and honey thingy you could cook it the night before and reheat it ok.

We sometimes par boil and fry our spuds with herbs and salt-rather than roasting- is this cheating?
