Have you got any drinking chocolate powder??

Pidge · 16/11/2004 16:45

I would try it without - loads of other yum stuff in there to make it taste good.

doziduck · 16/11/2004 16:51

awww doziduck! What went wrong?

doziduck · 16/11/2004 19:02

I don't know! They are erm, well not very crisp and erm sort of badly stuck to the supposedly non-stick baking sheet.
ds1 and ds2 are scooping it up and stuffing it in regardless tho
i swear i followed the instructions exactly

Think maybe i should avoid kitchens and domesticity

I always grease baking sheets, even if it says its non stick. You never know! I'll try them tomorrow. We might have the recipe wrong.

doziduck · 16/11/2004 19:09

Do please let us know how you get on cadbury. The stuff does taste lovely at least!

My friend used to have awful trouble at making cookies (or at least thats what she said) and she created a fantastic desert with bits of broken up chocolate chip cookie mixed in whipped up double cream with baileys in it. Heart attack in a bowl but totally heavenly!

marialuisa · 17/11/2004 11:35

when I made these I ended up with about 6 enormous cookies because the mixture was so runny (I'd added a lot more flour than the recipe calls for too). Maybe i should add all the chocolate next time?

Cookies weren't good to look at but tasted great.

woodpops · 17/11/2004 11:39

When I made these the cookies spread to one huge cookie and I'd only put 5 small blobs on the baking tray!!!! I didn't frind the mixture runny and I'd added most of the choc. Only 4oz of plain as that is all I had left and I made it with drinking choc as I was out of coco. THey looked an awful mess so I threw it all away
