fudge/ truffle recipe please

Hi I saw a program and she made fudge and put them in clear decorated bags as gifts. Can anyone give me a fudge and truffle recipe please?

I know she used condensed milk, sugar .......

That will be Nigella's pistachio fudge I expect, there was a thread on it the other day if you do a search

It was Nigella's chocolate and pistachio fudge.

Someone posted about it on here the other day, although I am not sure if they left the recipe.

I have given everyone the White choc and cranberry fudge from thsi htread (and some tomato chutney...)
Piece of piss to make and looks really festive as it is white with red bits!

No it was on Rachel's favourite food this morning. I have now found a recipe in Good Food mag.

I saw that too, the apple chutney looked really nice but I had DC chattering all over the top of it so missed the receipe
