Blueberry muffin recipe - only one egg

Hi got some blueberries which need using, anyone got an easy recipe? But I've only got one egg.

mix in a bowl:
10oz SR flour
1/2 tsp salt
6oz sugar

mix in a jug:
1 egg
5floz milk or orange juice or some of each
3floz veg oil

mix wet ingredients into dry

180C
20-25min for muffin tin
15min for fairy cake size

ah, damn, forgot the blueberries
8oz/250g or so in with the flour

Sorry to butt in, ive got some frozen blueberries, can i use them or do they have to be fresh?
