Sausage rolls - a novice

I've got frozen pastry (hopefully coming via Ocado) and sausagemeat to make my own sausage rolls this year - DD has egg allergy and I think she would love them so making my own is the only option. Shall I make them up, cook and then freeze to defrost/reheat them when needed? I want to make them on the 23rd and serve them to friends on the 24th and in laws on the 26th. Or should I just put them in a tupperware box in the larder and reheat them?

I do this most Christmases.

They need to be frozen BEFORE being cooked. So make them, freeze uncooked and then get as many out as you need and cook thoroughly.

(Delia's recipe with added grated onion and a pinch of sage works well)
