Do you have to roll them in egg first? Also what do you roll them in afterwards? I've been using bashed up cornflakes but they keep falling off!

Dip in flour, then egg then coating.
I've never used cornflakes I use Ritz crackers.

i dip in beaten egg and then into matzo meal (medium is best)

if you have a kosher aisle in your supermarket they will stock it

you can use breadcrumbs instead

i always put paprika, pepper and some dried herbs in with the matzo meal
