want to make a mandarin orange cheese cake

i have got the nigella express non baked cheesecake recepie but i dont like cherrys. i want to put a mandarin orange topping but not sure how to go about it. i dont want to just plonk orange segments ont he top. i want that jellyfied stuff with the orange segments in but have not got a clue how to do it.
has anyone any suggestions and have you tried the nigella cheesecake

hi pud, you could use normal orange jelly or gelitine to pour over your orange segments, just make sure that your dish has high enough sides to accomodate the liquid. Or if thats to scary why not get a good quality jam, which you can melt in a microwave or on the stove with a little water to thin it slighty and then brush over the segments.
