when are you doing it and what have you got in your fridge/pantry?

and lot of veggie stuff can be made from what is in the storecupboard plus good dairy

Melanzane alla parmigiana - aubergine/tomato/mozzarella/parmesan gratin dish - very good for vegetarian main course as has a meaty feel
