Help! My DD (2 this month) is a very picky eater and for the last month or so will only eat curry (and she insists that it is relatively authentic!). I make a chicken saag with yoghurt and tons of pureed spinach, and a chicken curry with yoghurt, but would love more recipes (particularly veggie ones) to give her a bit more variety. Also, her twin brother will eat anything and I don't want him missing out on variety just because she is fussy.

I can email 2 or 3 recipes as attachments, but I don't think I can send attachments through mumsnet, can I (I've just joined)? But I will send if you are happy to email to [email protected].
My fave is Goan Chicken Curry - an intensely coconut flavoured dish that kids should enjoy. Also I make Cauliflower and pea curry, and Potato Curry - both can be as 'hot' or 'mild' as you like, and are delicious. I went on an Indian cooking course recently, and would be happy to pass these on if you wish.

Sleighedbytwins, any chance you could post your chicken saag recipe here too? Sounds like a chance to get some greens into my picky DD. TIA (and sorry to hijack your thread)
