Your puddings are all very similar buts thats ok if everyone like them. There are quite a few people who don't like any of them though. Sorry for being critical.
I would move chicken from freezer to fridge on mon morning.

If they don't want Christmas stuff - they can have banana custard

Depends on size of chikens if they are medium/big I think Mon will be fine.

I think it all sound yummy,can I squeeze a spot round your christmas table.
However,I dont want to be picky, but I dont like any of the desserts you have listed they all contain that mince meat fruity stuff I can't stand, they are all quite similar.

I don't do Christmas - I go to my mums

I always buy a smallish chocolate pud for those that don't like the Christmas flavoured puds.
