What can we have tonight that is easy and tasty and quick. Am going out so can go to supermarket.

yes I've had this predicament since the mid 70's but we seem to stick to the same meals on the same days of the week which makes it quite easy imho. Jackie

agree with the recipe section on waitrose. Their version of toad in the hole is heavenly.

I know I should meal plan really but knowing me would then not feel like having the night's planned meal.

I miss UK supermarkets!

For tonight I remembered that I had some salmon fillets in the freezer so we are having them on a bed of pea and rocket risotto.
