Or make a spicy noodle broth and flake the salmon into it just before you serve it?

quick salmon mousse - mix with cream cheese/craime fraiche and some horseradish and serve with nice bread and grapes?

Cook pasta, steam small brocolli florets, cheese sauce, flake salmon, squeeze of lemon, mix & serve straight away - mmmmm.

Thanks, will be trying cyanarsamba's idea but with peas as we are out of broccoli (part of the leftovers were recycled into broccoli and salmon fishcakes for yesterday)
