Smoked salmon or gravelax?

Chicken liver pate? There's a very simple recipe on the BBC website; I'm doing it for Boxing day

beat together a tin of salmon and a tub of cream cheese - add a little pepper to taste along with a squeeze of lemon. Place in a pate dish and serve with brown bread and salad.

what's your favourite starter? Or favourite food? Do that!

It is just DS and I for christmas day so we're having an assortment of our favourite foods, really looking forward to it!
