freezing christmas gingerbread type cookies

i made a batch of delicious gingerbread cookies today - more than we can eat as a family. Planning on making more nearer Christmas {fsmile} or can I freeze these ones un-iced?

i know you can freeze the dough - not sure about the cookies - but they will keep for a few days - are you sure you wouldn't eat them by then? (my lot would!)
