I need something that will mix the butter and the flour together when you're making pastry.
The arthritis in my fingers is getting worse and I can manage everything else, but the rubbing in is getting beyond me.
We don't have much money so I want to ask for one off Freecycle, but I don't know what such a gadget would be called. Does anyone have one, and if so, what is it?
Will a food processor do the job? Or a food mixer? Or do I need something entirely different?
