considering the hours I put in the kitchen, I could be quite tempted to take photographs too!

everything looks great apart from your shepards pie but thats prob coz i like to add a tin of tomatoes to mine

ELR,re: shepard's pie, any particular brand of tin of tomato ? or any really? do you put bay leaves as well?

just a bog standard tin i also sometimes grate butternut squash in also half pork and half beef is nice yes to bay leaves

i love lamb better so i tend to use only lamb mince but i am taking your advice i will put a tin to tomato next time.

yes.. thanks! It's great to see mums who love cooking real good food.

In fact, sometimes, its tastier to cook yourself and far cheaper too...of cos,.healthier as well. I am no British food expert but I suppose my Chinese cooking skill is not bad.
