How shall I flavour my pie?

I am making a veg pie with swede, potato, celeriac, butternut squash and jerusalem artichoke. What would suit it best? Garlic...cumin...lots of onion...black pepper...what do you think?

not sure about garlic..yes to onion and balck pepper..creme fraiche? lemon? tarragon

Hmm, don't do creme fraiche (non-dairy) - I've got a lemon... but no tarragon.
