going to make big sausage casserole, with frozen veggie sausages, can i refreeze the cooked casserole or is that dangerous?

I have done it several times and lived to tell the tale. You can refreeze chicken after cooking it can't you? So a bit of soya or quorn can't do you any harm surely?
