Can anyone tell me what one looks like and where to buy one? (hoping to make what my recipe promises to be professional looking shiny sauces!)

A tammy is an old-fashioned strainer made from a fine cloth, like wool or cotton muslin, but I don't know if anyone makes a modern equivalent or even if you can buy them in the shops.

Thanks - I've found something similar in John Lewis (what a fab shop!)
