chicken curry recipes please!!!!!!!!!!

Never made one but do quite like them, not too hot though.

Would like to make from scratch rather than use jars but if someone can recomend a particularly good one then i'll give it a go.

mine's a gordon Ramsey one.
Tin of coconut milk, half a pint of stock, chilli, lemongrass, ginger.
Brown chicken and then chuck everything else in and leave it to simmer away till liquid has reduced. I usually add mushrooms near to eating.

Here's one I made up myself. It's easy and tasty.

Fry 2 onions, a red pepper, and a green pepper until soft. Add 2 cloves of chopped/crushed garlic, 2 tsp ginger, 4 tsp of medium ( or mild ) curry powder. Fry for a couple of minutes and add two chopped chicken breasts. Once those have browned/ half cooked, add 2 tins of chopped tomatoes, half a pint of chicken stock, seasoning, and simmer until reduced down.

That was my low fat version. For a creamy one, add a bit of cream or coconut milk towards the end.
