please give me your easy recipes for chocolate truffles!!

Someone on here had a really easy delicious recipe which involved chocolate and cream and not much else..

I need a recipe to make with the boys for grandma's birthday - not the sort with sponge cake in, or rum, just creamy, chocolately, gorgeousness.

Anyone out there got any recipes??

this is one I use - very easy

warm 250ml double cream till hot but not boiling
pour over 250g good dark chocolate broken into bits
stir till smooth and combined
leave to cool
put in frisdge overnight
make into balls with two teaspoons and roll in cocoa / icing sugar / cinnamon / chocolate sprinkles as the mood takes you
put in petit four cases
done

For any healthkickers or vegans, here's the one I do:

1 cupful almond butter (homemade or bought - meridien is really good)
half that amount of cocoa powder
maple syrup to make a good constistency

Just put all the ingredients in a processor or a bowl and mix well till smooth and firmish. If too solid, add more syrup, if too liquid add more cocoa!
