Chicken legs. What can I do with them???

I have a freezer full of chicken legs, other then casseroles anyone got any nice recipe ideas what I can do with them???

plenty of marinade, then roast them off in the oven like you are BBq uing them

I dont have very much of anything at the moment, havent been and done a proper chop and re-stocked the cupboards yet, thats why I'm looking for ideas so I can get stuff to cook yummy chicken legs. Also we are having a party on 23rd December so would like something easy to coat them in and serve cold.(if that makes sense)

oooh the lemon chicken sounds yummy will give that one a go.

I do everything with them - almost never use chicken breasts. Just cook (microwave) legs or thighs, and take the meat off the bone to do stir fry, curry, risotto, pasta bake, jambalaya etc.
