Have just been given my mum's old bread-maker. (Panasonic - the one where you can add seeds and stuff.) Anyhow, thought I would ask all you clever peeps for some top recipes. I have to follow a Low GI diet for health reasons - so need heavy duty extra-healthy bread (wholemeal/granary/rye) with loads of seeds. Essentially, the sort of loaf that would kill a man if you lobbed it at his head. There are some recipes in the book that came with the machine, but nothing particularly along these lines. (The 5-seeded bread uses white flour). Anyhow, would appreciate any top tips. Cheers.
