Bread maker - recipes needed.

Have just been given my mum's old bread-maker. (Panasonic - the one where you can add seeds and stuff.) Anyhow, thought I would ask all you clever peeps for some top recipes. I have to follow a Low GI diet for health reasons - so need heavy duty extra-healthy bread (wholemeal/granary/rye) with loads of seeds. Essentially, the sort of loaf that would kill a man if you lobbed it at his head. There are some recipes in the book that came with the machine, but nothing particularly along these lines. (The 5-seeded bread uses white flour). Anyhow, would appreciate any top tips. Cheers.

9floz water
1tsp sugar
2tbps olive oil
1tsp salt (optional, we leave out for ultra healthy bread for high BP'd DH)
1 1lb stoneground wholemeal flour (supposed to be lower GI than other wholemeal)
2tbs dough improver (gluten) - available from Lakeland. If you want the bread for eating rather than as deadly weapon that is.

1tsp yeast
And as many mixed seeds as will fit in the seed bit I would imagine (thats what I do with mine when I put seeds in)

a hint that a good pal gave me when i got mine - get on the website for the manufacturer, all sorts of recipes there.
we find the fruit breads are v popular in our house
we also recently bought a packet ginger loaf mix, add warm water and oil, switch breadmaker on (kids aged 4&7 did it unaided) was delicious!!

Thanks. Have just put on a wholemeal/granary/rye/seeded concoction for tomorrow morning. Hopefully it will be edible.

It is rather yummy. Did 200g wholemeal; 125g granary and 75g rye and loads of pumpkin/sunflower seeds. Worked a treat.
