Shortbread Recipe Please

I have some shortbread recipes but they all call for Rice Flour or Ground Rice, which I cannot find in any supermarket I?ve visited, can you recommend an alternative shortbread recipe?

mine uses a little bit of cornflour instead ,which you can get in any supermarket.

6oz plain flour
1oz cornflour
4oz butter
2oz caster sugar

cream butter and sugar together ,then mix in flours ,roll out to about quarter of an inch and use cookie cutters (or a teacup) to stamp out shapes. Bake on 180*c for about 10 mins

I make exactly the same recipe as ED, but without the cornflour - it's a Delia recipe - and it's lovely
