Jacket potato - fancy recipe for cheese & egg or something?

read it on here, you scoop out the potato from the jacket, mix with egg I think , and cheese and re bake.. but I cannot remember it, and want to make it.. had a search but cannot find it. anyone know what I talking about??

Sounds Like Suflay (sp) Potatoes.

Here you go.

Pre bake large potatoes in the oven, when they are cool enough to handle, scoop out the potatoes and place in a bowl with butter black pepper and a little single cream and mash together for 4 Potatoes mix in 1 large egg and mash in then take these ingredients and stuff them back into the potatoes and return to the pre heat medium heat oven for 20mins

If you want to add anything like Cheese, onions, bacon, sweet corn, etc Go for it.
