Looking for easy dishes that I can make ahead and then pop in oven. Thanks

The one I do is from the label of a tin of Campbell's soup. Over the years I've changed it so can't remember the exact recipe.

Some brocolli boiled for about 5 mins
2-3 chicken breasts cut into smallish bits, fried until slightly coloured.
Fry a chopped onion and some sliced mushroom (if you want)Add to chicken, onion, mushroom mix 1 small can of Campbell's condensed soup (either mushroom or chicken)
In an ovenproof dish layer as follows
brocolli, then chicken & soup mix. Top with grated cheese, bake in oven until nice golden colour.
I usually add some milk to the soup, I've also added a dollop of mayo to make it go further. You can top it with breadcrumbs, crumbled crisps & cheese.
Sorry I can't be exact!

Thanks for the recipe, brightwell. Will definitely try that one.

Any others?

lasagne, shepards pie. bolognaise mince that can be added to pretty much anything - pastas etc
Chicken or beef casserole/curry.

Also make a similar broccoli and chicken thing except I use a tin of soup and a cup of mayo with a bit of lemon juice. You can substitute the chicken for other veg and make a veggie bake the same way.

This is yummy and SO easy:

in ovenproof dish put cooked chicken bits and cooked broccoli bits.
In bowl mix one can condensed chicken and white wine soup, about 8 dessertspoons mayo, mild curry powder, lemon juice and small spoon horseradish sauce. (add milk if too thick) Pour over the chicken and broccoli.
Cover with breadcrumbs, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Oven at 170 for about 35 mins.

We have it every week

Mmmm just had this for dinner. Same recipe as Jacobisaacsmum minus the lemon and horseradish, sometimes use paprika instead of curry powder - oh and I only seal the chicken quickly first.
