I am making some ciabatta from one of those packets of ciabatta flour where you just mix it with water and olive oil for tonights dinner. I've made the loaves and they are proving away in the kitchen. However can I just leave them all day and then bake them tonight so they are nice and hot and freshly cooked or do I need to bake them now once they have risen up and if I do how long do you think I would need to put them back in for to warm up, or would this ruin them?

Sorry for ignorance - first time I've tried Ciabatta!
