I have discovered the glory of the Lancashire Hotpot and I was wondering if a simillar dish could be done with pork
I have spare rib chops and I was considering layering them with potatoes, onions, leeks and apples and use Cider in the stock. Would this work?
I also have a glut of sage leaves and wholegrain mustard. Would these be useful. I know these things go well with pork but I don't want to overdo it IYKWIM
All suggestions/tips welcome
