simple easy ideas???

My mum boils it like turnip, makes a white/mustard sauce and serves it in that. It is a german dish i think, - i like it. Prob not with chinese-y stuff tho.

we braised it

cut up
put in pan with butter and seasoning
let it simmer with lid on

delicious

You can slice it raw, along with cucumber and tomatoes. Makes a really nice crunchy salad.
