Vegetable samosas? The pastry is made with just wheat flour and water and a little oil, and the filling is not too spicy vegetables. You can get them in the indian frozen section of sainsburys (usually next to the veggie frozen meals)
Cake made with soymilk
Whizzers chocolate 'smarties' (vegan)
Marmite and margarine sarnies
Crisps!
Bean dips an hummus with crackers, veggies and pittas to dip in
Smoothies made with some soya yoghurt

I usually do a range of salads and cold pasta things too so there is something substantial for less picky eaters and also for the adults!

Vegetable spring rolls.
Homemade biscuits/ jam tarts using dairy free spread instead of butter/marge.
Salad bits, e.g. cherry tomatoes, cucumber sticks.
Sandwiches - marmite, hummus, jam, egg (if he eats egg).
Cut up fruit, grapes etc.
