Roast beef left overs

Actually its brisket done in the slow cooker. It was yummy but crumbled rather than carved into nice slices IYSWIM. We have more than enough for another meal but I don't know what to do with it. Ideas please!

Same Happened to me last week HCB - Beautifully tender (and Crumbly!) meat. I chopped the leftovers into chunks and had next day in the SC with stock, chopped onion, carrots, swede and put slices of potato on the top. Cooked for about 4 hours. twas scrummy

Thanks Furball. Ended up having it with jacket potatoes and salad which was nice if a wee bit dry There's still loads left so will probably do your suggestion tomorrow. Will it keep til tomorrow?

course it will - pop it in a freezer bag in the fridge to stop it drying out
