Aaargh! Hi! I have made a pear and almond frangipan tart using a ready made pastry thing, it is in the oven now, I have not got any apricot jam to make the glaze the recipe says, can anyone tell me how to make a glaze for it, I have strawberry jam if thats any help?? Thanks!
