Wouldn't she just eat the chicken cooked and cut into nugget sized chunks?

jude2105 · 04/11/2004 16:44

how old is dd2 - was just thinking could help mummy? I cut chicken into chunks, the DS (from age of 3.5 - but only cause that was when had kitchen child-friendly!) dips into flour, then egg, then breadcrumb - put on oven tray and bake for 15-20 mins (depending on size of chunks)

well she raided the freezer so had a very unhealthy meal. dd2 wont eat plain chicken, she likes thinks flavoured up a bit. she is 2. just fancied making something homemade rather then processed nuggets. oh well, best go bath her b4 dd1 returns home from her trip.

same as yorkie girl but i do flour then egg then bread crumbs

also after you have done the flour egg breadcrumbs whatsit you can wrap them raw in cling film and freeze
then at a later date defrost and shallow fry....

she loves milder curries. you should see her polish off a plate of korma!! cant cook it every day for her tho, she'd eat nothing else.
