Have a mate coming of rsupper tomorrow and I am doing lasagne.

Can I cook it all in advance and reheat it, or will it go really dry and horrid?

Dh and others i have asked are divided in opinion.

Oh, well the source is best made in advanced and left to mature over night.

Cheese sauce doe not do to well.

So I tend to make the sauce in advance leave to rest over night.

Then make the cheese sause when I get home.

Make up the lasagne, bung on the cheese source and throw in the oven.

Alternatively if you are only putting Cheese source on the top, make the layers up. Cover with cling film and put in the fridge, stops the top layer of lasgnae going dry. Again make cheese source when you get home and throw on the top and bung in the oven.

Have fun and enjoy your evening.
