What can I do with frozen raspberries?

I've just taken two packs of frozen raspberries and a pack of frozen mixed fruit out of the freezer because they've been sitting there for ages. Does anyone have any ideas for what I can do with them?

Warm them up and have them with ice cream?

You could make a Summer Pudding but its a bit the-wrong-time-of-year.

Crumble and custard is good cold weather stuff.

Raspberry pavlova.

White chocolate & raspberry cheesecake.

But actually they'd be just fine if you had a hot chocolate sponge pudding with chocolate sauce and had the raspberries with it.

YUM!

Or...

... use a few at a time to make a smoothie. Banana, rasperries, some other soft fruit, slosh of apple juice, bit of yogurt if you fancy... whizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

DS1 made a hot raspberry sauce to go on ice cream. I think it was just raspberries, a little icing sugar, heat through for 5 mins or so till they just start to bubble at the edge of the pan, press through sieve.

Thanks for suggestions; will definitely make a smoothie as that sounds easy; other ideas sound great but possibly beyond me. Although the sauce sounds do-able too. Thanks again

Make pancakes, spread very thinly with jam, then scatter raspberries and roll. Yum!
