Help please - we've got a couple coming over for dinner in a couple of weeks time and my friend is gluten and lactose intolerant (to the extent that she throws up an hour later if she eats anything with a reasonable amount of either in). To make things even more complicated I am 'vegetarian'(don't eat meat but do eat fish and shellfish). Can anyone give me some ideas as to what to cook and where to find a good recipe?
