It's like danish Blue/Stilton, but softer, like Brie!

I had some at a friends house a while ago - months ago in fact, and she can't remember what it was called and neither can I.

I bet it's cambezola. And the nNorweigan one someone's asking about it Getost. Which is disgusting and should have an umlaut over either the "e" or the "o".

And a 'j' in it somewhere.

NAB3littlemonkeys · 12/11/2007 17:36

Boursin!

pointydog · 12/11/2007 17:37

it's cambazola. I'd bet on it.

Any maggots in it?

MaryAnnSingleton · 12/11/2007 17:39

seeker - mmm, that rings a bell, especially as it's disgusting

aDadGoneMad · 12/11/2007 17:39

ugh i had the maggot experience with some camembert. Unrefrigerated one day only and opened the lid...

pointydog · 12/11/2007 17:56

you're kidding? maggots after one day? boak

seeker · 12/11/2007 17:56

OK - the best lunch ever. Very fresh French bread. Slices of Cambezola. Black grapes.

aDadGoneMad · 12/11/2007 18:02

yep hot weather, south of france, staying somewhere with no leccy and rather too many flies apparently.

The image will stay with me forever...

pointydog · 12/11/2007 18:03

oh that's not quite so bad, now you've set the scene

saltire · 12/11/2007 20:43
