Indian food HELP PLEASE!!

Does anyone have a good and faff-free recipe for a chicken curry and a lamb curry? Preferably without cream or coconut!

in Tesco's in the indian section they have lots of curries, I think they are made by shan.. I did a lovely fish curry and biriyarni, all the seasoning was in the packet... [mouth watering emoticon]
