Peppercorn sauce

Got some lovely filet steak for dp and I as a treat, wanting to make a peppercorn sauce to go with it.. normally I just add cream mustard and peppercorns to the meat juices but it never really has much flavour? Any help would be appreciated.

Add Taragon and use sour cream instead of single

Double cream
Brandy (flame it off)
Those gorgous soft green peppercorns in brine (that come in little jars)
Beef stock
Salt & Pepper
