Hey...

All help appreciated. Title says it all really. Having 10 studenty type people round for a boozy supper on Monday night and online shop is in the process. It needs to be all done on Monday afternoon and can be left simmering while I go off to rehearsals from 6 - 9pm (babysitter will be here so can minimally tend to it if needed)

Does anyone have any ideas?

Jules xx

Chicken faititas, prep all cold stuff cover dishes and refrigerate. Cook chicken through leave to cool and give a quick heat through while some else gets all the other stuff out. Lay out in kitchen and let everyone wander in and roll a faitita as they wish.

I would be wary of leaving a pot simmering for so long unless you have a slow cooker. I would rather reheat when I come in.

I was thinking curry would be awesome, as I could serve it with some nice indian snacks, any ideas?. Im awful at cooking rice though for some reason, so any tips would be very grateful.....

Thanks so much x

chicken curry or chicken casserole, stick it in the oven and leave it to sort itself, quite low maintenance.
Just need naan bread or pan of rice (or both if they are the hungry variety of student)

ha ha we posted at same time

Why not don't bother with the rice get ready made popadoms and some nans.
