Balsamic vinegar complements lamb really well.

I fry them (naughty) then sprinkle the balsamic about 2mins before the end, with lots of black pepper. Lovely.

Lulu - my DH also hates lamb, so i never eat it

How can anyone who is not a vegetarian hate lamb?

Thank Nigel Slater - he of the marvellous 'The 30 Minute Cook' (My Bible).

Low-maintenance cooking at its best

colditz - me and Lulu are married to very odd men

yep, my DH does not like rice either...

ruby's DH is very averse to cheese!

the most bland and innofensive foodstuff in the whole world, ever

his worse meal would be lamb stir fry with rice !

Ruby - it is such a titchy, unbelievably easy recipe that it is stuck on the end of the Meat chapter, condensed into about 2 lines.

I think it's under 'A few quick ways with lamb', or something.

thanks NNB - will look it up
